Working in the Inland Empire

Bigger rooms, hotter days, longer drives: we plan for all three

The Inland Empire has some of the largest event spaces in Southern California, and some of the most demanding conditions for an LED wall: convention halls in Ontario and Riverside, arenas in Ontario and San Bernardino, festival grounds and fairgrounds, and the wine-country venues around Temecula where receptions happen outdoors in the heat.

Heat and sun are the first conversation. Our tiles are outdoor-capable and bright enough for daylight-shaded use, but a west-facing wall at 4 PM in August needs shade, a later start or both, and we'll tell you which. The second conversation is power: many IE outdoor sites run on generators, and a full 23' x 13' wall needs its own clean feed. We spec the distro or the generator before we quote.

The drive is a known quantity. Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga are about an hour from our Los Angeles warehouse; Riverside and Redlands a little more; Temecula roughly ninety minutes. Delivery is a line item quoted by distance, and for multi-day shows we'll often leave the wall installed overnight at 1.5x the day rate rather than truck it twice.

Venues & Rooms

What Inland Empire venues mean for the build

The venues below cover most of what we are asked about. Each one shapes the size, the rigging and the power plan.

Check your venue
  • Ontario Convention Center & Toyota ArenaDock access, high ceilings and show-labor rules. The full 23' x 13' wall ground-stacked or flown, with drayage and labor itemized in the quote.
  • Riverside Convention Center & the Mission InnConvention halls and historic ballrooms with very different access. We confirm freight paths, floor protection and ceiling heights before choosing ground-stack or flown.
  • Temecula wineries & estatesOutdoor ceremonies and receptions on lawns, patios and barrel rooms. Generator or venue power, dust and wind protection for the structure, and brightness set for sunset timing.
  • Fairgrounds & festival sitesPomona, San Bernardino, Lake Perris and Glen Helen-area festivals and county fairs. Ground-stacked main-stage walls on their own structure, built around the site's power and load-in roads.
  • Hotels, casinos & corporateOntario airport hotels, Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside corporate venues, and the resort-casino event spaces. Typically a 16' x 9' or 23' x 13' wall for conferences, galas and fan events.
What's Included

The Same Wall, Wherever in the Inland Empire It Goes

Every quote covers the full system, not just the tiles. Here's what is on the truck for an operated rental.

  • 3.9mm LED tiles, sized to your quoteFrom an 8' x 5' accent wall to the full 23' x 13', 112-tile wall. Matched tiles from one inventory, so color and brightness are uniform.
  • Ground-stack structure or flying hardwareThe support the wall stands on or hangs from, engineered for the configuration you booked.
  • NovaStar processingHDMI and SDI inputs, scaling and test patterns, configured to your wall's exact pixel map.
  • Power distribution and signal cablingEverything between the venue's power and the wall, plus the signal run from your source to the processor.
  • Delivery to the Inland Empire, build and strikeOur crew delivers, builds, cables and tests the wall before you arrive, then strikes and loads out when you're done.
  • On-site video technicianA technician stays at the processor for the run of show to manage sources, switch content and handle anything that comes up.
  • Pre-show calibrationTest patterns, brightness set for the room (or the sun) and a full content check before doors open.
  • Content guidanceWe send the pixel dimensions and file specs for your wall ahead of time so your designer builds content that fits the first time.

Dry hire includes the tiles, ground-stack hardware, NovaStar processing and signal cabling, cased and ready to load. Your crew builds and operates. Full specs, sizes and starting prices are on the main LED wall rental page.

Delivery to the Inland Empire is quoted by distance from our Los Angeles warehouse: roughly an hour to Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, a little more to Riverside and Redlands, about ninety minutes to Temecula. For two-day events it is often cheaper to hold the wall on site overnight at 1.5x the day rate than to truck it back and forth, and we'll quote it both ways if it's close.

How Booking Works

From Quote to Show Day in Four Steps

  1. Tell us the basics

Date, venue, wall size, indoor or outdoor, and whether you want the wall operated or dry hire. The form below takes about two minutes.

  2. Get a written quote

One number for gear, and one for delivery to the Inland Empire, build and technician if you want it. We flag power, load-in and rigging questions up front.

  3. Lock the date

A 50% deposit holds the tiles and the crew for your date. Balance is due before load-in.

  4. We build it, run it, strike it

Our crew arrives at the agreed load-in, builds and calibrates the wall, runs your content through the show and loads out on schedule.

Questions from Inland Empire clients

LED Wall Rental in the Inland Empire: FAQ

Can the LED wall handle Inland Empire summer heat?

The tiles are rated for outdoor use, but direct afternoon sun on the face of the wall is the real issue, for readability more than for the hardware. We plan placement, shade and start time around it and will tell you plainly if a west-facing 3 PM slot needs to change.

Our venue runs on generator power. Is that a problem?

No, as long as the generator is sized and clean enough for the wall. Many Temecula and festival sites run on generators. Tell us what the venue provides and we'll spec the feed, bring distribution, or arrange a generator in the quote.

How much is delivery to Temecula or Riverside?

It is quoted by distance and venue access, as a separate line so you can see it. For multi-day events we compare a return trip against an overnight hold at 1.5x the gear rate and quote the cheaper option.

Can you work at the Ontario Convention Center?

Yes. Convention halls have dock windows, drayage and labor rules, and we build them into the schedule and the quote once we see the show's exhibitor kit or your stage plan.

Do you do dry hire in the Inland Empire?

Yes. Tiles, ground-stack hardware, NovaStar processing and signal cabling, cased and ready, delivered to your site or picked up from Los Angeles. Your crew builds and operates.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have the date and venue. A 50% deposit holds the tiles and crew. Festival season and spring-through-fall wedding weekends in Temecula go first.
