Why a Wall, Not a Monitor

The booth people stop at is the one that moves

A 65" monitor on a stand is what every booth has. A seamless LED wall across the back of the booth is what people see from three aisles away. It turns a 10' x 10' into a landmark, loops your product film without a bezel in the middle of it, and gives your team a live demo screen that is readable with the house lights on.

We build it to the show, not just to the booth: inline height caps, island line-of-sight rules, the move-in window on the exhibitor kit, and the hall's electrical and labor rules. The wall goes up during your move-in slot, runs for the whole show, and comes down in the strike window.

  • Sized to 10', 20' and island booths, within show height rules
  • Held for the run of the show at 1.5x the day rate, one quote
  • Built to the exhibitor kit: move-in, drayage, labor and electrical
  • Technician on the floor for build, strike and any live demos

Every wall is built in tile increments, so a 14' or 18' back wall is a quote, not a compromise. Not sure which size reads from your aisle? See the sizing guide or pick "not sure" on the form.

The Halls

Built to each convention center's rules

Every hall has its own move-in windows, marshalling yard, drayage and labor rules. We read the exhibitor kit before we quote, so the schedule and the number already reflect the show.

  • Anaheim Convention CenterThe busiest show calendar in Orange County. Drayage and labor rules apply; hotel expo floors nearby run on dock windows instead. Orange County notes.

Two Ways to Rent

Operated by our technician, or dry hire for your exhibit house

Exhibitors & marketing teams

Delivered, Built & Operated

We check in at the marshalling yard, build and calibrate the wall in your move-in slot, load your content, and come back for strike. During show hours the loop runs itself; a technician is on call, or on the floor if you want live demos switched by hand.

  • Build shift at move-in, strike shift at move-out
  • Content loaded and tested before the show opens
  • Standby or on-floor operator for live demos, optional

Dry Hire for Your Crew

Tiles, ground-stack hardware, NovaStar processing and signal cabling, cased and ready, delivered to the marshalling yard or your shop. Your crew builds and operates. We send the pixel map and a build sheet ahead of time, and we're a phone call away during move-in.

  • Matched tiles from one inventory, cased for the truck
  • Processing pre-configured to your wall's pixel map
  • Multi-show and multi-city runs quoted as one program

Content That Works on a Show Floor

Build the loop for the aisle, not the boardroom

Show floors are bright and loud, and people decide in two seconds whether to slow down. The loops that work are 30 to 90 seconds, silent or captioned, with large type, a product moving on screen and one clear line about what you do. We send the exact pixel dimensions for your wall size as soon as it is booked, so your designer builds it right the first time.

  • MP4 loop, or a live feed from a laptop, switcher or camera
  • HDMI and SDI inputs on the NovaStar processor
  • Brightness set for the hall's lighting at calibration
  • Live demo switching by the technician on request

How It Works

From exhibitor kit to strike

  1. Send the show

Show name, hall, booth number and size, show dates, and the exhibitor kit if you have it. The form takes two minutes.

  2. Get one quote for the run

Gear at 1.5x the day rate for the whole show, delivery, build and strike shifts, and any drayage or labor the hall requires, each on its own line.

  3. Lock it in

A 50% deposit holds the tiles and crew for your move-in slot. We tell you exactly what to order on the show's electrical form.

  4. Build, run, strike

We build and calibrate in your move-in window, the loop runs for the show, and we strike in the move-out window. Your team sells; we handle the screen.

Questions Exhibitors Ask

Trade Show LED Wall FAQ

What size LED wall fits a 10' x 10' booth?

The 8' x 5' wall, ground-stacked on its own base, with room to walk around it and stay under the inline height cap most shows set at 8'. A 10' x 20' inline booth takes a 12' x 7' as a back wall. Islands take a 12' x 7' or 16' x 9' on one side, or an 8' x 5' facing each aisle.

How is a three-day show priced?

The wall is held for the run of the show at 1.5x the gear day rate, not billed per day, and quoted as one number. Technician labor is a build shift at move-in and a strike shift at move-out, with a standby operator during show hours only if you want one.

Do you handle drayage, show labor and the exhibitor kit?

Yes. Send us the exhibitor kit and we schedule the build inside the move-in window, follow the hall's labor and electrical rules, and itemize drayage or show labor as their own lines where the hall requires them, so nothing appears on the invoice that you did not see on the quote.

Can our exhibit house build it?

Yes. Dry hire includes the tiles, ground-stack hardware, NovaStar processing and signal cabling, cased and ready, delivered to the marshalling yard or your shop. Your crew builds and operates; we send the pixel map and a build sheet ahead of time.

What content works on a booth wall?

A 30- to 90-second loop of product video, motion graphics and a clear call to action, built to the exact pixel dimensions we send you. Keep text large and the loop silent or captioned; show floors are loud. The technician can also switch to a live demo from a laptop or a camera on request.

Which convention centers do you serve?

The Los Angeles Convention Center, Anaheim Convention Center, Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, Ontario Convention Center and San Diego Convention Center, plus the Las Vegas Convention Center for multi-day shows, and the hotel expo floors and pop-up expo venues across Southern California. Delivery is a flat rate in the LA area and quoted by distance beyond it, including the run to Las Vegas.

What power does a booth wall need?

An 8' x 5' or 12' x 7' booth wall typically runs on a standard dedicated 20A circuit ordered through the show's electrical form; larger walls need more. We tell you exactly what to order on the electrical form so it is at the booth when we arrive.
