Most OC builds load in through a hotel dock or a convention-hall marshalling yard, and both come with rules: dock windows, drayage at the big halls, and labor requirements at some venues. We ask about all of it before we quote, so the number you see already reflects your venue.
The rooms split into three kinds. Convention halls and resort ballrooms around Anaheim with high ceilings and dock access, where a flown or full 23' x 13' wall makes sense. Corporate and hotel meeting rooms around Irvine and Costa Mesa with 10–14' ceilings, where a ground-stacked 16' x 9' wall is the right call. And the coastal resorts, where walls go on lawns, terraces and tented receptions and the planning is about wind, sun and power.
Whichever it is, you get the same inventory: 3.9mm tiles, NovaStar processing with HDMI and SDI inputs, and a technician at the processor for the run of show.

Delivery to Orange County is quoted by distance and venue access, and for most OC venues it is a modest line on top of the gear rate. LED Wall Rental in Orange County: FAQ
Do you charge extra to deliver to Orange County?
Delivery is quoted by distance and venue access, so Orange County carries a delivery line, but gear rates are the same as in Los Angeles. For most OC venues the drive adds a modest amount to the quote, and we show it as its own line so there are no surprises.
Can you work at the Anaheim Convention Center?
Yes. Convention halls have rules about dock windows, drayage and show labor, and we build those into the schedule and the quote. Send us your booth or stage details and the show's exhibitor kit and we'll tell you exactly what applies.
What about hotel meeting rooms with low ceilings?
Most hotel meeting rooms around Irvine and Costa Mesa have 10–14' ceilings, which suits a ground-stacked 12' x 7' or 16' x 9' wall. For ballrooms with rigging points and more height, we can fly the wall. We confirm the right configuration once we know the room.
Can the wall go outdoors at a coastal venue?
Yes. The tiles are outdoor-capable and the brightness suits daylight-shaded settings such as tents, terraces and covered stages. For open lawns on the coast we plan for wind loading on the structure, the late sun angle and power, and we'll tell you if a placement needs shade or a different time of day.
How far ahead should we book an Orange County date?
As soon as you have the date and the venue. A 50% deposit holds the tiles and crew; until then the date stays open. Peak conference season and summer weekends go first.
Can we rent the wall dry for our own crew in Orange County?
Yes. Dry hire includes tiles, ground-stack hardware, NovaStar processing and signal cabling, cased and ready, delivered to your OC venue or picked up from our Los Angeles warehouse.
