Cold spark fountains erupting on a dance floor with fog and CO2 effects under a chandelier
The Moment

Everyone Will Remember the Chorus

The song starts and the room goes still. As the first verse plays, a layer of fog spreads across the floor until you are dancing on clouds. The lights narrow to the two of you. Then the chorus hits, four cold spark fountains fire at once, and the whole room reaches for their phones.

That moment is not luck. It is a DJ who knows the exact beat, an operator on the fog and the sparks, and a lighting cue built in advance, all run by one team that rehearsed it with you.

Everything else we bring is in service of moments like that: a ceremony where every vow is heard, a cocktail hour that feels like a lounge, a dance floor nobody wants to leave.

Everything Under One Roof

Six Parts of the Night. One Team.

Most couples piece this together from four or five vendors. We bring all of it in one truck, with one crew that already knows how the pieces fit. Here is what each part is worth on its own, so you can see what your package actually includes.

01 · Music

DJ / MC: Ceremony, Cocktail & Reception

A professional DJ/MC from our roster runs your ceremony music, cocktail hour, grand entrance, toasts, first dance and open dance floor. Timeline built with you in advance; announcements clear and never cheesy.

$2,000 – $3,500Market value on its own

02 · Sound

Three Audio Setups

Separate sound for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception so nothing gets dragged across the venue mid-event. Wireless lapel mic for the officiant, handheld mics for vows and toasts, line-array PA for the reception.

$800 – $1,200Market value on its own

03 · Visuals

LED Video Wall Backdrop

A seamless 3.9mm LED wall behind the DJ booth, 12' x 7' or 16' x 9', showing your monogram, engagement slideshow, live camera or motion visuals that change with each part of the night (16' x 9' with custom motion content at the top of the range).

Why One Team

One Contract. One Timeline. One Crew.

A wedding with a separate DJ, sound company, lighting vendor, effects operator and screen rental has five load-in windows, five sets of cables and five people who have never worked together deciding who cues what. When the first dance starts thirty seconds early, that is when it shows.

With Event Goals, the DJ, the lighting operator and the effects operator are on the same radio, working from the same run-of-show. The fog starts when the DJ says it starts. The sparks fire on the beat we picked together. Nobody is waiting on another vendor.

  • Five vendors

Five contracts, five deposits, five load-in times, five people to chase the week of the wedding, and a first dance that depends on strangers coordinating.

  • One team

    • One contract and one deposit
    • One crew lead your planner texts
    • One timeline the DJ, lighting and effects all run from
    • Gear that arrives on one truck and leaves on one truck
  • What you actually buy

Certainty. The moment you are picturing happens the way you pictured it, and you never think about the equipment once.

How the Day Runs

From the First Vow to the Last Song

Here is how a typical wedding with us unfolds. Your timeline will be built with you and your planner in advance, and the crew runs it from load-in to strike.

  1. Ceremony

Officiant on a wireless lapel mic, handheld mics for vows and readings, processional and recessional music cued to the second. Every guest hears every word.

  2. Cocktail Hour

A separate speaker setup with a curated playlist, so the reception room is being finished while guests are already enjoying the music.

  3. Grand Entrance

Uplights shift to your colors, moving heads sweep the room, your names appear on the LED wall and the DJ brings you in on the track you chose.

  4. First Dance

Fog spreads across the floor as the song begins. The lights narrow to the two of you. On the chorus, four cold spark fountains fire on cue.

  5. Toasts & Dinner

Handheld mics for speeches, a slideshow or live visuals on the wall, and lighting set low and warm while dinner is served.

  6. Open Dance Floor

Line-array sound with proper bass, moving heads and color changes on the beat, and a DJ reading the room and keeping the floor full.

  7. Last Dance & Strike

One final song with the room lit for it, then our crew packs out cleanly and quietly. You never touch a cable.

For Planners & Coordinators

One Vendor Who Makes Your Timeline Easier

You send us the timeline; we send back a production version with cue points for the entrance, first dance, toasts and last dance. Before the wedding, your venue gets a power and load-in list from us. On the day, you have one crew lead on the radio for music, sound, lighting and effects.

We work from your run-of-show, not around it, and we can walk the venue with you ahead of time to plan LED wall placement, uplight positions and where the fog and sparks live. If you manage several weddings a year, ask about how we work with planners on repeat bookings.

Talk to Us About a Wedding
Questions Couples Ask

Before You Book

Will our venue allow the fog and the cold sparks?

Usually, but every venue has to approve them. Cold spark fountains are indoor-safe: no open flame, low heat and no pyrotechnic smoke, which is why many ballrooms and hotels allow them where traditional sparklers are banned. Dancing-on-clouds fog stays at floor level and clears quickly. We contact your venue directly, explain exactly what we run, and confirm approval in writing before the wedding. If a venue says no to either effect, we tell you before you book that component.

Does the venue need special power for the LED wall and lighting?

Standard venue power covers most weddings. Before the day, we send your venue a power and load-in list showing what we need and where, and we bring the cabling and distribution to run the wall, PA, lighting and effects cleanly. If a venue is unusual, an outdoor site or a private estate, we plan for it in advance rather than discovering it on the day.

What happens if our DJ gets sick?

Your DJ/MC comes from our roster of professional wedding DJs, and your playlists, do-not-play list, pronunciations and timeline live with us, not with one person. If your DJ cannot make it, another DJ from the roster steps in with the same run-of-show and the same crew on lighting and effects.

How does the deposit and payment schedule work?

A 50% deposit reserves your date and locks the gear to your wedding. The balance is due before the wedding on the schedule written into your agreement. You will not be asked to pay separate deposits to a DJ, a lighting company and a screen rental.

Do you travel outside Los Angeles?

Yes. Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire are home territory, and we produce weddings across Southern California. Venues farther out may carry a travel fee, and we quote it up front so it is never a surprise. Venue notes by area: Orange County, Temecula wine country, Malibu and Pasadena.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a date and a venue. Peak season in Southern California runs roughly May through October and Saturdays go first. The 50% deposit is what holds your date; until then it stays open.

Can we book just the DJ, or just the LED wall?

This page is for full production packages, which start at $7,000 and are where we do our best work. If you already have a DJ and only want the LED wall, lighting or effects added to your wedding, send your details through the builder with those boxes ticked and we will quote it. Weighing it up?
