One partner. Zero handoffs.
When the wall, the stage, the PA and the crew come from separate vendors, every seam is a place your show can fail and nobody owns it. We bring the inventory and the technicians together, so one team is accountable from the first truck to the last case.
You get one contract, one point of contact, one run-of-show, and a crew that has built this exact system together before.
One contract, one contact
A single scope, a single invoice, and one producer who answers your call during the build and the show.
Gear and crew that already work together
The LED wall, NovaStar processing, stage and PA are ours. The technicians running them are the same people who prepped them in the shop.
Nothing lands on your plate
Load-in, power distribution, signal, calibration, show operation and strike are all in scope. You run the client. We run the room.
Everything the show needs to run
Every turnkey scope ships as a complete system, not a parts list. Add or remove elements to fit the venue and the budget.
LED video wall
3.9mm pixel pitch, seamless tiles, up to 112 tiles for a wall of roughly 23' x 13'. Ground-stacked or flown, NovaStar processing, HDMI/SDI inputs, indoor and outdoor-capable. Smaller configurations such as 16' x 9' or 12' x 7' available.
Staging
Modular risers, 24' x 8' x 2' in the standard configuration (12 decks), reconfigurable to the room. Black skirting and steps included.
Line-array audio
Four line-array elements plus two 18" subs and a digital mixer, sized for keynotes, panels and full-room playback. Wireless lapel and handheld mics for presenters.
Lighting
Moving-head fixtures on truss for stage wash and keynote looks, plus 16–24 wireless LED uplights to color the room to the brand.
A1 / V1 technicians
A dedicated audio lead and video lead on site for every shift. They calibrate, operate and troubleshoot so your producer never has to touch a cable.
Run-of-show and pre-show calibration
A written load-in and show timeline before the build, and a full power-on, test-pattern and audio-sweep check before doors open on show day.
Built for the formats agencies run
The same core system, configured for the room and the moment.
Conferences & summits
Keynote stage, presenter mics, full-room audio and a wall sized for slides, IMAG and sponsor loops.
Product launches
A high-resolution LED reveal wall, moving-head reveal cues and audio with the headroom for a real launch moment.
Galas & award shows
Elegant stage looks, monogram and nominee graphics on the wall, handheld mics for presenters, uplighting through the ballroom.
Brand activations
Indoor or outdoor LED with live content feeds, PA for hosts and DJs, quick-turn load-ins for pop-ups.
Festivals & outdoor stages
Ground-stacked or flown wall, line-array coverage for open-air crowds, staging that goes up fast and comes down faster.
Shareholder & all-hands meetings
Clean corporate stage, clear presenter audio and a wall built for financial slides and executive Q&A.

A typical 2-day build, itemized
Most corporate scopes are two days: setup and sign-off on Day 1, show and strike on Day 2. Here is what that package typically includes and where the money goes.

Gear is billed at 1.5x its day rate for a 2-day hold because it sits installed overnight instead of turning for another job. Labor is billed per shift. Final pricing depends on venue access, union rules and the exact wall size, which is why we quote every scope individually.
From scope to strike, in four steps
You send the venue, the date and the audience size. We send back a scope, a render and a run-of-show. On show day, the only thing you have to do is watch it work.
-
Scope
Share the venue, dates, audience size and what the show needs. We reply within one business day with a scope and a quote.
-
Render & lock
We produce a CAD/3D render of the stage, wall and PA in your venue for your client deck. A 50% deposit locks the dates and reserves the inventory.
-
Build & calibrate
Day 1 load-in, build, test patterns, audio sweep and client sign-off. Day 2 power-on and full pre-show calibration before doors.
-
Show & strike
A1 and V1 run the show from the booth. When the last guest leaves, we strike, load out and leave the room the way we found it.

Your technical partner behind the curtain
Experiential agencies and DMCs need a production partner who protects the client relationship, delivers on brand and makes the account team look good. That is the arrangement we are built for.
- White-label friendly. Our crew works under your brand on site. Your client sees your team delivering, not a subcontractor.
- Renders for your client decks. CAD/3D visuals of the build in the actual venue, ready to drop into your proposal before the client signs.
- Preferred-partner pricing. Multi-event annual bookings unlock preferred gear rates and first-hold priority on our inventory for your calendar.
Questions producers ask before they book
Straight answers to the questions that come up on nearly every corporate scope.
Who is responsible for the equipment overnight between Day 1 and Day 2?
Once the build is signed off on Day 1, the venue or client is responsible for securing the room overnight. We write this into every 2-day agreement so there is no ambiguity, and we can advise on what a locked, access-controlled room should look like.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit at signing locks your dates and reserves the inventory, truck and crew. The balance is due before load-in. Multi-day and multi-event scopes can be scheduled on a payment plan agreed in the contract.
What power does the system require?
A full LED wall, line-array PA and lighting rig needs dedicated circuits, typically a 3-phase or multiple 20A circuit feed depending on wall size. Send us the venue's power specs and we will tell you exactly what is needed, or bring distribution to match what the room has.
What venue access do you need for load-in?
A loading dock or ground-level access, a clear path to the room, and roughly six to eight hours on Day 1 for a full build. Tight docks, freight elevators and union venues are all workable; we just need to know in advance so the schedule and quote reflect it.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?
Ask us during scoping and we will walk you through the insurance documentation we can provide for your venue's requirements, including naming additional insureds where needed.
Can the LED wall go outdoors or be flown?
Yes. The wall can be ground-stacked on its own support system or flown from suitable rigging points, indoors or out. Outdoor and flown installs require a site check and rigging review, which we build into the scope.
Do you only do full turnkey, or can we add just a wall or just audio to our existing crew?
Turnkey is what we are built for, but we can supply the LED wall, stage or PA with an operator into a show you are already producing. Tick only what you need on the scope form and we will quote it that way. Planning a wedding instead? See wedding production packages.
