Turnkey Technical Production for Downtown LA Corporate Events
Stage, LED video wall, line-array audio, lighting and on-site technicians from one partner for L.A. LIVE, the Convention Center, the hotel ballrooms on Figueroa and the Arts District lofts. We're minutes away, we plan the docks, and one crew runs the room from load-in to strike.

Closest to home, and the most logistics per square foot
Downtown is the shortest run from our warehouse and the most complicated place to park a truck. Every DTLA build starts with the venue's load-in reality: a dock window at a Figueroa hotel, a freight elevator at a Bunker Hill tower, a street load-in at an Arts District loft with a permit and a cone plan, or a marshalling yard at the Convention Center with drayage and show labor. We ask before we quote so the schedule and the number reflect it.
The rooms range from the L.A. LIVE hotel ballrooms with rigging points and 20'+ ceilings, where the full 23' x 13' wall flies cleanly for a general session, to historic theaters and converted warehouses where the wall is ground-stacked and power has to be distributed from wherever the building has it. Both are routine; they just need planning.
Because the drive is short, DTLA builds carry the LA-area flat delivery rate, and the 2-day structure is unchanged: Day 1 build and sign-off, overnight hold at 1.5x the gear rate, Day 2 show and strike.

Everything the show needs to run
Every turnkey scope ships as a complete system, not a parts list. Add or remove elements to fit the venue and the budget.
LED video wall
3.9mm pixel pitch, seamless tiles, up to 112 tiles for a wall of roughly 23' x 13'. Ground-stacked or flown, NovaStar processing, HDMI/SDI inputs. Smaller configurations such as 16' x 9' or 12' x 7' available.
Staging
Modular risers, 24' x 8' x 2' in the standard configuration (12 decks), reconfigurable to the room. Black skirting and steps included.
Line-array audio
Four line-array elements plus two 18" subs and a digital mixer, sized for keynotes, panels and full-room playback. Wireless lapel and handheld mics for presenters.
Lighting
Moving-head fixtures on truss for stage wash and keynote looks, plus 16–24 wireless LED uplights to color the room to the brand.
A1 / V1 technicians
A dedicated audio lead and video lead on site for every shift. They calibrate, operate and troubleshoot so your producer never has to touch a cable.
Run-of-show and calibration
A written load-in and show timeline before the build, and a full power-on, test-pattern and audio-sweep check before doors open on show day.

Downtown is inside our LA-area flat delivery rate, so there is no distance line. What can appear on a DTLA quote is venue-driven: convention-center drayage, labor where a hotel or theater requires it, or a street-load-in permit for a loft. We itemize each so you can see exactly where the money goes.
From scope to strike, in four steps
Scope
Share the venue, dates, audience size and what the show needs. We reply within one business day with a scope and a quote.
Render & lock
We produce a CAD/3D render of the stage, wall and PA in your venue for your client deck. A 50% deposit locks the dates and reserves the inventory.
Build & calibrate
Day 1 load-in, build, test patterns, audio sweep and client sign-off. Day 2 power-on and full pre-show calibration before doors.
Show & strike
A1 and V1 run the show from the booth. When the last guest leaves, we strike, load out and leave the room the way we found it.
Questions Downtown LA producers ask before they book
How do you handle load-in at an Arts District loft with no dock?
With a plan. We confirm the street-load-in window with the venue, arrange the permit or cone plan where the city requires one, and schedule the crew for a curbside push to the room. It adds time, not surprises, and it's in the quote.
Do the L.A. LIVE hotels and theaters have labor rules?
Some DTLA hotels and the convention and theater venues have rules for rigging, electrical or stagehands. We confirm which apply to your venue, build them into the schedule and itemize the labor so your client sees it as a line, not a shock.
Can the full wall fly in a DTLA ballroom?
In rooms with rigging points and the height, yes, and it's often the cleanest look for a general session. In historic rooms and lofts we ground-stack it on its own structure. We confirm the configuration once we see the room and its rigging plot.
Do you provide a render for our client deck?
Yes. Every corporate scope gets a CAD/3D render of the stage, wall and PA placed in your venue's layout, with the quote, before anyone signs.
What power does the system need in an older downtown building?
A full wall, line-array PA and lighting rig needs dedicated circuits. In older buildings we bring distribution to run from whatever the house has, and we confirm it with the venue's engineer before load-in.
How is a 2-day DTLA build priced?
Gear at 1.5x the day rate for the overnight hold, technician labor per shift, the LA-area flat delivery rate, plus any venue-driven labor or permit lines. Typical 2-day builds land $12,500–$16,500.
