Convention floor, waterfront and the aerospace corridor
Long Beach runs a convention and meetings economy of its own, and the South Bay runs on aerospace, port logistics and the El Segundo tech and media campuses. The venues reflect it: the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center with its halls, the Terrace Theater and the arena, where docks, drayage and show labor apply and the full wall is the right size for a general session; the waterfront hotels along Ocean Boulevard and Shoreline, with ballrooms, terraces and the Queen Mary's historic rooms; and the corporate campuses in El Segundo, Torrance and Manhattan Beach, where sales kickoffs and all-hands want a clean stage, a 16' x 9' wall and presenter audio that works on the stream.
The drive from our Los Angeles warehouse is short enough that Long Beach and the South Bay sit inside our LA-area flat delivery rate. The 2-day structure is unchanged: build and sign-off on Day 1, overnight hold at 1.5x the gear rate, show and strike on Day 2.
Waterfront venues bring their own notes: harbor wind on terrace stages, salt air, and the Queen Mary's load-in through a ship. We plan for them in the scope.

Each venue type below changes the rigging, the labor lines and the load-in schedule. Tell us the room and the scope reflects it.

Everything the show needs to run
Every turnkey scope ships as a complete system, not a parts list. Add or remove elements to fit the venue and the budget.
LED video wall
3.9mm pixel pitch, seamless tiles, up to 112 tiles for a wall of roughly 23' x 13'. Ground-stacked or flown, NovaStar processing, HDMI/SDI inputs. Smaller configurations such as 16' x 9' or 12' x 7' available.
Staging
Modular risers, 24' x 8' x 2' in the standard configuration (12 decks), reconfigurable to the room. Black skirting and steps included.
Line-array audio
Four line-array elements plus two 18" subs and a digital mixer, sized for keynotes, panels and full-room playback. Wireless lapel and handheld mics for presenters.
Lighting
Moving-head fixtures on truss for stage wash and keynote looks, plus 16–24 wireless LED uplights to color the room to the brand.
A1 / V1 technicians
A dedicated audio lead and video lead on site for every shift. They calibrate, operate and troubleshoot so your producer never has to touch a cable.
Run-of-show and calibration
A written load-in and show timeline before the build, and a full power-on, test-pattern and audio-sweep check before doors open on show day.

We itemize each so your client sees exactly where the money goes.
From scope to strike, in four steps
Scope
Share the venue, dates, audience size and what the show needs. We reply within one business day with a scope and a quote.
Render & lock
We produce a CAD/3D render of the stage, wall and PA in your venue for your client deck. A 50% deposit locks the dates and reserves the inventory.
Build & calibrate
Day 1 load-in, build, test patterns, audio sweep and client sign-off. Day 2 power-on and full pre-show calibration before doors.
Show & strike
A1 and V1 run the show from the booth. When the last guest leaves, we strike, load out and leave the room the way we found it.
Questions Long Beach producers ask before they book
Can you work at the Long Beach Convention Center?
Yes. We build the Center's dock windows, drayage and show-labor rules into the schedule and the quote once we have the exhibitor kit or your stage plan, and we itemize the labor so it's a visible line.
What's different about a build on the Queen Mary?
Load-in is through a ship: gangways, lifts and corridors that set the timeline, plus floor protection in historic rooms. We plan that access into the scope, and the wall is sized to the salon rather than forced into it.
Do you handle harbor wind on a terrace stage?
Yes. Outdoor waterfront builds get a site check for wind loading on the wall structure, cable runs, power and the sun angle during the session, and we'll tell you if a placement or time of day needs to change.
Does the wall work for a streamed all-hands?
Yes. The NovaStar processor takes SDI and HDMI, we feed the house switcher or your stream encoder, and the V1 sets brightness and color for camera as well as the room.
Do you work under our agency's brand on site?
Yes. Our crew works white-label under your brand, and the CAD/3D render of the build in the venue is yours for the client deck.
How is a 2-day Long Beach build priced?
Gear at 1.5x the day rate for the overnight hold, technician labor per shift, the LA-area flat delivery rate, plus any venue-driven labor lines. Typical 2-day builds land $12,500–$16,500.
