Convention halls, corporate campuses and coastal resorts, one crew for all three
Orange County corporate work splits into three kinds of room, and we plan each differently. Anaheim's convention and resort hotels, where load-in runs through docks and marshalling yards with show-labor rules, and the full 23' x 13' wall earns its keep for general sessions and award nights. Irvine's corporate campuses and business-park hotels, where sales kickoffs, all-hands and customer events live in 10–14' ceiling rooms that want a ground-stacked 16' x 9' wall, clean presenter audio and a tidy stage. And the coastal resorts from Huntington Beach to Dana Point, where incentive programs and executive retreats put the stage on a lawn or in a tent and the plan is about wind, sun and power.
The drive from our Los Angeles warehouse is under an hour, so an OC build is priced like an LA build with a delivery line for the distance. The 2-day structure is the same: Day 1 load-in, build and client sign-off; Day 2 show and strike, with the gear held overnight at 1.5x the day rate instead of trucked twice.
Agencies and DMCs running programs at the Anaheim resorts get the same arrangement we offer everywhere: white-label crew on site, CAD/3D renders for the client deck, and preferred rates on multi-event calendars.

Each venue type below changes the rigging, the labor lines and the load-in schedule. Tell us the room and the scope reflects it.

Everything the show needs to run
Every turnkey scope ships as a complete system, not a parts list. Add or remove elements to fit the venue and the budget.
LED video wall
3.9mm pixel pitch, seamless tiles, up to 112 tiles for a wall of roughly 23' x 13'. Ground-stacked or flown, NovaStar processing, HDMI/SDI inputs. Smaller configurations such as 16' x 9' or 12' x 7' available.
Staging
Modular risers, 24' x 8' x 2' in the standard configuration (12 decks), reconfigurable to the room. Black skirting and steps included.
Line-array audio
Four line-array elements plus two 18" subs and a digital mixer, sized for keynotes, panels and full-room playback. Wireless lapel and handheld mics for presenters.
Lighting
Moving-head fixtures on truss for stage wash and keynote looks, plus 16–24 wireless LED uplights to color the room to the brand.
A1 / V1 technicians
A dedicated audio lead and video lead on site for every shift. They calibrate, operate and troubleshoot so your producer never has to touch a cable.
Run-of-show and calibration
A written load-in and show timeline before the build, and a full power-on, test-pattern and audio-sweep check before doors open on show day.

Delivery and transport to Orange County is quoted by distance and venue access, and for most OC venues it is a modest line on top of the LA-area flat rate. Convention-hall drayage or labor, where a venue requires it, is itemized separately so you can see it. Everything else in the itemized 2-day example applies unchanged.
From scope to strike, in four steps
Scope
Share the venue, dates, audience size and what the show needs. We reply within one business day with a scope and a quote.
Render & lock
We produce a CAD/3D render of the stage, wall and PA in your venue for your client deck. A 50% deposit locks the dates and reserves the inventory.
Build & calibrate
Day 1 load-in, build, test patterns, audio sweep and client sign-off. Day 2 power-on and full pre-show calibration before doors.
Show & strike
A1 and V1 run the show from the booth. When the last guest leaves, we strike, load out and leave the room the way we found it.
Questions Orange County producers ask before they book
How does a 2-day build work at an Anaheim convention hotel?
Day 1 is load-in through the dock in the hotel's window, build, test patterns and audio sweep, then your walkthrough and sign-off. The gear stays installed overnight at 1.5x the day rate. Day 2 is power-on and calibration before doors, the show, then strike and load-out on the hotel's schedule. Overnight security responsibility is written into the agreement.
Do you work under our agency's brand on site?
Yes. Our crew works white-label under your brand, and the CAD/3D render of the build in the venue is yours to drop into the client proposal before anyone signs.
What venue access do you need for load-in?
A loading dock or ground-level access, a clear path to the room, and roughly six to eight hours on Day 1 for a full build. Convention halls and union venues are workable; we just need to know in advance so the schedule and quote reflect it.
Can you build a stage on a lawn at a Laguna or Dana Point resort?
Yes. Outdoor builds get a site check and rigging review: wind loading on the wall structure, generator or distro power, cable runs and the sun angle during the session. We plan around all of it in the scope.
What does delivery to Orange County add to the quote?
The LA-area flat rate covers the truck and crew transport; Orange County adds a distance-based line that we show separately. Convention-hall drayage, where it applies, is its own line too.
Can we add just the LED wall or just audio to our existing crew?
Yes. Tick only what you need on the scope form and we quote it that way, with an operator for the element we supply. Dry-hire walls are on the Orange County LED wall rental page.
