Built for the Dances Students Remember
The same owned gear and crew we use on corporate stages and weddings, scoped for a school calendar.
Prom
The big one. Dance floor lighting, a wall behind the DJ for the theme and the royalty reveal, and sound that carries a ballroom.
Homecoming
Gym, quad or field. Lighting and an LED wall turn the gym into a different room, and the wall can show the court announcement or a live feed.
Winter formal & sadie hawkins
A smaller crew and a lighter package for dances with a tighter budget and a shorter night.
Grad night & senior events
Slideshows, senior videos and awards on the LED wall, with a DJ and lighting for the dance after.
Start With What the Night Needs
There is no one package. Tick what you want on the form below and we price exactly that, so you are not paying for a wall when you only need sound and lights.
- DJ & MCA DJ/MC from our roster who plays to your rules and keeps the night on schedule, including announcements and the royalty reveal.
- SoundLine-array PA tuned to the room, with wireless mics for speeches and announcements.
- LED video wallA seamless 3.9mm wall behind the DJ or stage for the theme, class logo, slideshow, countdown or live camera feed.
- LightingWireless uplights to color the walls and moving heads on truss over the dance floor. This is the biggest change to how a gym looks.
- StageModular risers for the DJ, a court or a performance.
- EffectsLow fog and cold sparks for a grand entrance or a final song, only where the venue allows them.
You Run the Dance. We Run the Production.
Most school dances are organized by a teacher, an ASB advisor or a parent committee on top of a full-time job. We take the technical side off the list.
- Venue check before you commitSend the room and the date. We check power, ceiling height, floor protection and the load-in window, and tell you what will and won't work.
- A written, itemized quoteEach option priced separately, so you can see where the money goes and trim to fit the budget.
- Your content, your approvalSend the theme, logo or slideshow. We send the exact wall dimensions so it fits, and can share the final content with you before the night.
- We set up and strikeThe crew loads in, builds, tests and cleans up on the schedule the school or venue gives us.
- Your music rules, followedSend your guidelines and do-not-play list. The DJ works to them.
- A technician on site all nightSomeone is at the board and the wall the entire event, so no teacher is troubleshooting a speaker during the dance.

School Dance FAQ
Can you work in a school gym or cafeteria?
Yes. Gyms, multi-purpose rooms, cafeterias, quads and off-campus ballrooms are all normal for us. Send the room, the date and the load-in window and we check power, floor protection and ceiling height before quoting.
How early should we book prom or homecoming?
As early as you have a date. Prom and homecoming dates cluster on the same few weekends, and our crew and gear are held only on deposit. Send the date and we'll tell you straight away whether it's open.
Who signs the contract and pays the deposit?
Whoever is booking: the school, the ASB, the PTA/PTSA or a parent committee. A 50% deposit holds the date, the gear and the crew. If your school or district has its own vendor paperwork, put that in the notes and we'll tell you right away whether we can meet it.
Can you follow our music and content rules?
Yes. Send your rules and any do-not-play list ahead of the dance and the DJ works to them. Any content on the LED wall, such as a class logo or a theme loop, can be sent to you for approval before the night.
Do you use fog or cold sparks at school events?
Only if you want them and the venue allows them. Effects are optional, and many gyms and ballrooms restrict them, so we ask about it up front and leave them out where they aren't allowed.
What does it cost?
It depends on the room, the guest count and which options you pick, so every school dance is quoted in writing. Choose your budget range and options on the form and we'll tell you what that range realistically buys.
