Get a written quote
One number for gear, and one for delivery, build and technician if you want it. We'll flag power, load-in and rigging questions up front.
Lock the date
A 50% deposit holds the tiles and the crew for your date. Balance is due before load-in.
We build it, run it, strike it
Our crew arrives at the agreed load-in, builds and calibrates the wall, runs your content through the show and loads out on schedule.
LED Wall Rental FAQ
The questions we get on almost every quote, answered plainly.
What power does the LED wall need?
It depends on the wall size, so we specify it in your quote. Smaller walls typically run from dedicated circuits at the venue; larger builds may need a power distro or a generator for outdoor sites. Tell us where the wall is going and we'll confirm the power requirement with you or the venue before the date.
How long does load-in take?
Plan on a few hours for a DJ-booth or small stage wall and about half a day for the full 23' x 13' wall, including cabling, calibration and a content test. We'll give you an exact load-in window in the quote once we know the venue, access and whether the wall is ground-stacked or flown.
What format should our content be in?
Standard video files (MP4 is ideal) or a live output from your laptop or playback system. Once your wall size is confirmed we send the exact pixel dimensions so your designer can build content that fills the screen without stretching or cropping. 16:9 content works cleanly on the 16' x 9' and 23' x 13' walls.
Can we plug in a laptop, a camera or a switcher?
Yes. The NovaStar processor accepts HDMI and SDI, so laptops, playback systems, video switchers and broadcast cameras can all feed the wall. On operated rentals our technician manages the sources and switches between them during the event.
Can the wall go outdoors?
Yes. The tiles are indoor and outdoor-capable and the brightness is suited to daylight-shaded outdoor settings such as covered stages, tents, patios and rooftops. For fully exposed placements or weather concerns, tell us the site and we'll advise on positioning, shade and rain plans.
What does a multi-day rental cost?
Two-day holds are billed at 1.5x the gear day rate, not double. Labor is billed per shift for each day the crew is on site. For trade shows and multi-day conferences we'll quote the full run so you see one number.
Do you deliver outside Los Angeles?
We serve Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and the rest of Southern California. Delivery is quoted by distance and venue access, so include the venue city on the form and we'll price it into your quote.
